You’ll be pleased to hear that my book launch for Somewhat Alive has been going quite well. I’m currently number 32 of free Teen & Young Adult eBooks. And number 1 for Teen & Young Adult Zombie eBooks. It just feels kind of good to be climbing the charts.
I wasn’t one hundred percent sure anyone would read my book, so I’m really pleased and slightly surprised by the warm reception. Also, if you haven’t downloaded my book yet, you should do so immediately! The price is going up tomorrow.
I’ve successfully posted on three assorted social medias today. It might seem easy, but it’s not easy for me. My instinct is to avoid all social interactions, so it’s quite difficult. Some of you know what I’m talking about. The rest of you should send me social media tips. I probably need them.
In personal news, we’ve recently acquired a new sound bar, the Sonos Arc. I didn’t really want it, but now that I have it, I do enjoy how clear and distinctive the bass is. And sometimes, if you want the bass to be even louder, you can turn the bass up even more.
I often want more bass. Of all the instruments, the bass is the most sincere. It’s not showy like the electric guitars. It’s not hauntingly beautiful like the piano. It’s not bangy like the drums. But it’s very sincere. That’s important in music.
Also, I don’t like to brag, but when Walmart delivered our groceries today, they included a free bag of Starbursts. I actually don’t like Starbursts that much, because they are too chewy and stick to my teeth, but everyone else in the house will like them, so that’s nice.
I was planning to have a cup of coffee and then tackle some more strenuous tasks, but the cat is sitting in my lap, so I may have to sit here for the next five hours. I wouldn’t like to disappoint the cat, and not just because she could kill me in my sleep. She knows where I live.
